Yes. As long as you book more than 24 hours prior to departure, any flight booked through Serko.ai can be canceled up to three hours before departure, and for hotel bookings, you can cancel right up until check-in. The only part not refunded is the Serko Protection & Support fee.
Before you land, check in, or head to the airport, Serko.ai will already have flagged it and found alternatives for you.
Serko.ai tells you before you are standing at the gate. For a delay, cancel the affected booking in Serko.ai for a full refund minus the Serko Protection & Support fee and search again. For a cancellation, Serko.ai refunds on the same terms and shortlists the best next options. You review and confirm the new booking; nothing is rebooked without you.
